Sour Cream Blueberry Pie

We can't seem to remember where we found this yummy recipe but it is a farm favorite and is lovely when served with vanilla ice cream.


For the Pie

already baked pie shell

3/4 c. sugar

1 c. sour cream

3 tablespoons flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon almond extract

2 c. blueberries

For the Crumble Topping

1/4 c. flour

1/4 c. brown sugar

2 tablespoons melted butter


Mix together the sour cream and sugar.  Add eggs and almond extract.  Stir in blueberries and pour into an already baked pie shell. Mix together, in a separate bowl the melted butter, brown sugar and flour to make the crumble topping.  Sprinkle topping over pie and bake at 375 for 40-45 min or until the pie is set.
