Critters

While we are a fruit farm, we still have a select group of critters that call the farm their home. Roll over each picture to read their biographies.

Mr. Bities aka Biters aka Mr. B  Mr. B was a 13 year resident here and during his tenure he has earned his name many times over. We are sorry to say that Bities is not longer with us.  He passed away sometime this winter though he did so without alerting any of us...perhaps he lives on somewhere with plenty of hands to bite and all the kitty treats he could ever want.  His legend lives on at the farm despite his absence.

P2 or Puma II came to us this past Christmas as a gift from...we don't know.  He or she was dropped off on our road, found our farm and declared it home!  Puma has fit right in taking care of mice and finding warm places to sleep in the cooler months.

Maximus Awesome Dog aka Max aka Mr. Man Maximus is the newest member of our critter cast.  He is an Alaskan Malamute weighing in at 105 lbs!   He is very friendly, though new to large crowds of people so he may not be out and about all the time.  He is a chatty fellow and may great you with an, "Arrooo" which is his way of saying, "Helllooo"  He is our daughter Amy's pup and she is happy to have a new malamute in her life.

Max Though he is no longer with us we thought he was still deserving of a space here on this page.  Max was a farm fixture for just 5 short years but his presence was larger than life and many of our loyal customers still talk about him.  He was Amy's companion and the two of them had many adventures over those short years.  He is dearly missed but his new name-sake is working hard to fill his shoes!

Lilly aka Lillers aka Best Doughnut Theif in the East Lilly is a farm fixture and has been for almost 13 years now.  She follows Paul wherever he goes and enjoys time in the truck each day.  She is a great guard dog but would never harm a fly-her bark is truly worse than her bite (she doesn't bite).  Lilly also has a penchant for stealing food, especially Nancy's doughnuts.  When she is in the barn, keep your hands up out of doggie reach.
